Ingredients:
Organic Rooibos, Organinc Chicory Root, Organic Cassia, Organic Rosehips, Organic Honeybush, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Peppermint, Organic Chamomile, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Flavors and Natural Flavors.
Brewing Instructions:
Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water for three minutes, add sweetener if desired.

the tea was good, but probably an aquired taste. Unfortunately, I use a bigger mug, and one tea bag was too weak, and two was too strong... when I get the brew correct will be happier. But it is good.
